Submitting a takedown notice

Send DMCA notices to dmca@spicydream.ai. Include all of the following:

• -Your legal name, email address, mailing address, and physical or electronic signature.
• -Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
• -The URL or enough information for us to locate the allegedly infringing content.
• -A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• -A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address with:

• -Your legal name, email address, mailing address, and physical or electronic signature.
• -Identification of the removed content and where it appeared before removal.
• -A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• -Consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and acceptance of service from the original complainant.

Repeat infringement

We may remove content, restrict publication, or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights or misuse the DMCA process. For abuse, consent, or safety reports, use the Safety Center.
