Legal

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2026. SpicyDream is an AI image platform. These terms set the rules for lawful, consensual, and safe use.

Eligibility

SpicyDream is only for adults who are at least 18 years old, and only for users in locations where AI imagery is lawful.

You may not access or use the service if you are under 18, acting on behalf of a minor, or located in a restricted jurisdiction.

Allowed use

You may create fictional AI characters and lawful AI images for personal use, subject to these terms and our safety rules.

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, account activity, and publication choices made from your account.

Prohibited content

You may not create, request, upload, distribute, or attempt to generate content involving minors, real people without consent, sexual violence, exploitation, coercion, bestiality, incest, or illegal activity.

You may not use SpicyDream to impersonate, harass, threaten, dox, blackmail, or exploit another person.

Characters and generations

Characters and generations are private by default unless you choose to publish or share them.

We may remove, restrict, or report content when we believe it violates these terms, our safety standards, or applicable law.

Payments and credits

Paid plans, credit packs, and generation prices are shown at checkout or inside the product before purchase.

Failed generations may be eligible for an automatic credit refund when the failure is attributable to SpicyDream's systems. Abuse, policy blocks, chargebacks, or payment fraud may limit refunds.

Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to bypass safety controls, abuse refunds, attack the service, or create legal or operational risk.

If you believe an action was taken in error, contact support@spicydream.ai with relevant account and content details.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as available. AI output can be imperfect, delayed, rejected, or unavailable.

These terms are an operational launch draft and should be reviewed by counsel before production launch.
