Information we collect

  • -Account information, such as email address, sign-in provider, and account settings.
  • -Billing information processed by our payment processor. SpicyDream does not store full card numbers.
  • -Product activity, including characters, prompts, generations, reports, credit balances, and safety events.
  • -Technical data, such as device, browser, IP address, region, logs, cookies, and security signals.

How we use information

  • -To provide the service, authenticate accounts, process payments, generate images or videos, and maintain private libraries.
  • -To enforce age, geographic, safety, anti-abuse, and content moderation rules.
  • -To debug failures, refund credits when appropriate, monitor reliability, and improve product quality.
  • -To respond to support, privacy, abuse, copyright, and legal requests.

Sharing

  • -We share data with infrastructure, payment, email, analytics, moderation, and AI generation providers only as needed to operate the service.
  • -We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to report suspected child sexual abuse material or other illegal activity.
  • -We do not sell personal data.

Retention

  • -We retain account, billing, generation, report, and audit records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal duties, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.
  • -Deleted content may remain in backups, logs, provider records, or compliance archives for a limited period.

Your choices

  • -You can keep characters private, delete content where product controls are available, and request account deletion through support.
  • -You can request access, correction, deletion, or export by emailing privacy@spicydream.ai.
Safety and abuse reports are handled through the Safety Center. Copyright requests are handled under the DMCA Policy.
